Every record comes from the City of Raleigh's own published sources: its ArcGIS open data services, raleighnc.gov, and its eScribe and Granicus meeting portals. Each page below has a markdown twin at the same address with `.md` on the end, holding the same records as tables. Read those rather than the HTML: some pages draw their rows with JavaScript. Before quoting anything: a dash in a table means the City does not publish that field, never zero. A value this site worked out, such as a council district placed from a location, is marked inferred.
